The Rise of Red: Descendants 3
A New Generation of Villains and Heroes
Descendants 3 is coming to Disney Channel on August 2nd, and it's bringing with it a whole new cast of characters.
The film follows the children of some of Disney's most iconic villains, as they try to find their place in the world. The film stars Dove Cameron as Mal, the daughter of Maleficent; Sofia Carson as Evie, the daughter of the Evil Queen; Cameron Boyce as Carlos, the son of Cruella de Vil; and Booboo Stewart as Jay, the son of Jafar.
The film also includes some familiar faces from the original franchise, including Kenny Ortega as director and choreographer; Dan Harmon and Adam F. Goldberg as writers; and Kristin Chenoweth as Maleficent. New additions to the cast include China Anne McClain as Uma, the daughter of Ursula; Melanie Paxson as Queen Leah; and Sarah Jeffery as Audrey, the daughter of Aurora.
The film is sure to be a hit with fans of the Descendants franchise, and it's sure to introduce a whole new generation of fans to the world of Disney villains.
